Practical Method System: 6 Toolkits for Implementing GSI

“Generative Semantic Intelligence (GSI)” is a comprehensive “Map of Intelligence (OS)” that perceives human intelligence across six domains: Point, Line, Plane, Field, and Meaning.

If this map serves as a “macro compass” indicating where we should head and the possibilities of our holistic development as humans, then the six theories introduced on this page are the “micro practical applications” for overcoming specific challenges (mental blocks, conflicts, confusion) faced along that journey.

At Post-IQ Lab, we provide two wings—the “Inner Integration System” to order the inner world, and the “Practical Approach” to create the outer world—making the GSI map three-dimensional and actionable.

[Wing 1] The Inner Integration System for Building Inner Peace
*~ From thoughts to the nervous system. Diving deep to integrate the self. ~*

Self-transformation begins with “optimizing” your own internal system. We approach this in stages, from the shallowest layer (thoughts) to the deepest layer (the nervous system).

1. CIM (Cognitive Integration Method)
A “Mental Decluttering App” to Calm Racing Thoughts

  • Target Area: Thoughts & Cognition (GSI: Point/Line)
  • For those who: Cannot stop critical inner voices, loop negative thoughts, or are paralyzed by overthinking.
  • Approach:
We treat thoughts not as “facts” but merely as “data (Points)” and verify or reconstruct their logical connections (Lines). Integrating cognitive-behavioral approaches with narrative approaches, we provide training to help you return from being a “slave” to thoughts to becoming their wise “controller.”

2. PCM (Parts Connection Method)
Turning the Inner “Battlefield” into a “Roundtable Conference”

  • Target Area: Emotions & Conflict (GSI: Plane)
  • For those who: Harbor contradictory emotions, have strong self-denial, or are easily hijacked by specific emotions (like anger or anxiety).
  • Approach:
We direct the 4th domain of GSI, “Plane (Multiperspective),” toward your own inner world. Within us, multiple contradictory personality aspects (Parts) always exist. Through safe image work based on IFS (Internal Family Systems) theory, we do not eliminate them but reconcile them through dialogue, building internal teamwork.

3. SMT (Somatic Myofascial Technique)
Melting “Time” Frozen in the Body

  • Target Area: Body & Fascia (GSI: Field/Superficial Layer)
  • For those who: Have unexplained chronic tension, constant physical stiffness, or difficulty relaxing.
  • Approach:
“Anxiety” and “tension” that do not disappear no matter how much you understand them intellectually are physically adhered to the body (especially fascia) as emotional memories. Fusing principles of Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release, this bodywork teaches the body the sensation of “surrender” not by fighting pain, but through sustained pressure and deep breathing, releasing old memories.

4. SRM (Somatic Rescripting Method)
Rebooting the Nervous System and Rewriting Memories

  • Target Area: Nervous System & Reactions (GSI: Field/Deep Layer)
  • For those who: Experience flashbacks of unpleasant memories, are struck by intense fear or helplessness, or carry deep blocks at the survival instinct level.
  • Approach:
This is the most profound approach, working directly on the 5th domain of GSI, “Field (Beyond Language).” Integrating Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Approaches, we intervene in past scenes of powerlessness within imagery. By completing the defense responses of “fight/flight” accompanied by physical action, we facilitate a rebirth from “helpless survivor” to “owner” of your own life.

[Wing 2] Practical Approach for Engaging with the Outer World
*~ Creating the future and relationships with an updated self. ~*

Once the internal system is stable, we use that energy to engage with the outer world (life and others).

5. IAC (Integral Acceptance Coaching)
Navigation Art to Map the Future from “Gratitude” instead of “Scarcity”

  • Target Area: Life & Career (GSI: Meaning)
  • For those who: Cannot find future goals, feel empty despite success, or want to design a way of living true to themselves.
  • Approach:
Discarding the scarcity model of “working hard because something is missing,” we base this on gratitude and acceptance that “you are already whole.” Upon this foundation, we clarify your true values (compass) and navigate you toward the creation of “Meaning”—the ultimate goal of GSI—where concrete action (Doing) aligns with your authentic state of being (Being).

6. SNVC (Somatic Nonviolent Communication)
An OS for Dialogue that Transforms Conflict into “Co-creation”

  • Target Area: Relationships & Dialogue (GSI: Plane/Field)
  • For those who: Have constant friction with partners or family, cannot say what they mean, or want to link with others at a deep level.
  • Approach:
We have integrated somatic monitoring techniques into the NVC (Nonviolent Communication) framework. Before speaking, first notice and regulate your physical reaction (Field). Then, co-create a “third way” that satisfies both your needs and the other person’s. This is the practical communication skill of GSI.

These theories are independent, powerful methods, yet they are organically linked under the single system of GSI.
